The 4th TMC Salon was held

In the bus, there was an intro- duction time, and the 10 foreign people, including elementary school kids, did it so well and we had no trouble in understanding what they said. Especially, Lea Gourmelen from France amazed us by her good Japanese, though she learned it shortly after coming to Japan.
The first stop was Tokyo Municipal Museum of Water, and we found the wonders of water through experiments and ex- periences on various aspects of water which support the life on this planet.
Then we went to Roppongi Hills and toured around it with a tour guide. Inside the Hills, the exhibition and reproduction of small ally culture of Roppongi was very impressive for us.
Last but not least, we went to Tokyo Gas Shinjuku Showroom. It showed us some of the company's incessant studies and developments, mainly on environmental challenges and safety measures against disaster. The attendants were interested in ideas that supported comfortable life style and also exhibition on kitchen and gas cooking utilities.
TMC salon wants to hear your stories full of real touch of life that written materials and video clips can not reproduce, such as your daily life events and the things you are most proud of in your country in the areas of education, culture, sports and cooking. We appreciate your cooperation and support at the time of the event.
We would like to thank Tokyo Gas Co. ltd for preparing a large bus for conducting TMC Salon this time.

当天，暖和得象春天一样的日子。TMC沙龙為了加深交流，实施了「游览车参观旅行」。参加人数：会員12名，一般27名， 合計３９名。
在游览车中的自我介紹，各国来的先生小姐（包括小学生）10名，他們的自我介紹，很清楚又明白。特別譲人惊奇的是法国的Lea Gourmelen 小姐，尽管来日不久日本語卻说的很流利。
首先在东京都水的科学馆裡, 親身体验到水是支撑地球上的生命和发现了水的惊异。
其次在六本木HILLS,根据旅行向导转了一周精采处。在HILLS内，復現了六本木的路地文化,给我們留下了深的印象。
最後在東京煤气的新宿商品展示厅里,参観了契而不舍地研究开发出的环境保护措施和煤气安全对策等重要内容。参加者対舒适的生活的提案和対厨房，煤气烹调机器等寄与着关心。
TMC沙龙想交流一些在日常生活中、従文字和影像中無法体验得到的，充満着生活感的切身生活的話题，例如教育和文化、体育、料理等本国的得意話題。到时，拜托合作支持。
此次TMC沙龙挙办的「游览车参观旅行」，承蒙东京煤气公司多摩分公司准备大型巴士的厚意，在此对东京煤气公司多摩分公司表示谢意。

当日は，春のように暖かな日でした。会員12名と一般27名の３９名の参加をえて，交流を深める観光バスによる見学ツアーを実施しました。
バスの中での自己紹介では，小学生を含む10名の外国人の方の話は，とてもわかりやすかったです。特に，フランスのレア・グルメランさんは，日本語を短期間におぼえて上手に話すのにはびっくりしました。
最初の東京都水の科学館では，地球上の生命をささえる水の姿を体験と実験をして，水の驚異を発見しました。
次に六本木ヒルズでは，見所をツアーガイドにより一周しました。ヒルズ内では，六本木の路地文化を再現していたことが印象的でした。
最後の東京ガス新宿ショールームでは，環境の取り組みやガスの安全対策など，たゆまぬ研究開発を中心に案内していただきました。参加者は，快適な暮らしをサポートするアイディアとキッチン・ガス調理機器などに関心を寄せていました。
TMCサロンでは，活字や映像でわからない生の生活感あふれるお話―身近な日常生活・教育と文化・スポーツ・料理などを通して自国の自慢話等―をしていただきたいと考えています。その時には，ご協力ご支援をお願いいたします。
この度のTMCサロン開催に際し，東京ガス㈱多摩支社様より大型バスをご用意いただきましたことに感謝申し上げます。
