大学毕业后来到日本,不知不觉中,已经10年了。对我来说，这是十分宝贵的10年。现在，我已拥有了家庭、妻子和女儿，并且拥有了自己的企业。在这期间，我也亲身经历了中日文化的各种差异。刚到日本时，觉得日本人在处理事情时，比较循规蹈矩。
对于公司的规定和上司的命令，大多不会提出非议，只是尽力去做。在做事的方法上也尽量照搬现有经验。很难让人相信，日本的高速发展就是在这种企业文化下实现的。
而很多中国人比较喜欢按自己的想法去做，喜欢提出一些新颖的做法，更多的去追求个人成就感。
我自己也说不出到底那种做法更好，可在工作中发现了下述现象。
在日本公司里，单个人的效率也许不高，但因为每个人都有相同的想法和作法，作为一个团体，就很好地提高了协调性和效率。这也许是日本成功的一个原因吧。

Time flies and 10 years have passed since I first came
to Japan after graduating from the university. My past 10 years are very
precious to me. Right now, at home I am blessed with my wife and children,
and in society I work as the president of my own company. Through it all
I have been able to have experience many things concerning the differences
between Chinese and Japanese culture.
Ever since coming to Japan, I had the impression that most Japanese were “Kichomen” (legalistic, meticulous and perfectionist).
It seems to me that they simply accept the guidelines of their company or order of their bosses and do their best in their jobs in accordance with these rules and orders. They follow past processes or examples. It is a wonder to me how come Japan could achieve recent drastic development under such a job culture. On the other hand, most Chinese put forward their ideas and do their jobs with brand new ideas. They pursue the sense of achievement as an individual.
I don’t know which is better, but I have learned several things about the differences in the ways of doing jobs.

私は、大学を卒業後来日し，早10年が経ちました。この10年は私にとってとても貴重なものでした。現在，家庭では妻と子供に恵まれ，社会では個人事業主として働いております。また，この間に中国と日本の文化の違いについて様々な事を経験しました。
来日した初めの頃は，日本人は“几帳面”な方が多いという印象を持ちました。
会社の決まりや上司の命令には無批判で，その中で自分の仕事にベストを尽くしていると見受けました。仕事の進め方には，今までの経緯や慣例に従順で，こうした企業文化の中で，なぜ近年の日本の急速な発展や進展が達成されたのか不思議でした。
逆に多くの中国人は，比較的自分の考えを前面に押し出し，斬新なアイデアを出しながら仕事を進めていきます。そして個人としての達成感を追求します。
どちらが良いかはわかりませんが，仕事の進め方の違いについて，一つ分かりました。
それは日本の会社では，個人としては力を発揮しにくいかも知れませんが，団体としては協調性が高く，皆は同じ考え同じやり方で，安定性と効率性が高いということです。これは日本の成功の大きな要因ではないかと感じました。
